Suites & Private Villas
The Statuesque Manor house offers 3 beautifully appointed, individual suites. It includes a Private Boardroom and Guest Lounge with Tea Terrace that has a magnificent view.
Spacious Luxury Suites were transformed from the former clinic at the end of the courtyard, with verandas overlooking the beautiful gardens. Two of them also have a connecting veranda with sea view.
The Plantation Rooms, historically the home of the people working the plantation, now restored to splendid rooms with a beautiful wooden deck overlooking an enchanting private forest, A variety of rooms and options for individuals, couples and families.
Private Villas, nestled in the forest with wonderful views towards the ocean, two private stand-alone villas are available. They have a large lounge and outside patio with dining table and deck chairs. Each villa has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. The bathrooms have outside showers and inside baths and showers. Ideal for families or a group of friends.

Main Bar & Restaurant: Come taste the fresh produce of the island and sample one of the bartenders unique cocktails. Also, the perfect place to just sit and observe the birds and nature. Try out the different spots inside and on the terraces. The upper terrace is covered by almond trees and offers beautiful views through the lush green towards the ocean.
Banana Beach Bar & Open Air Restaurant: Have a drink at the bar or eat fish fresh from the ocean under the palm trees of Praia Banana while looking at the blue ocean with the golden sand between your toes.
Jungle Pool Bar & Restaurant: When relaxing at the pool, surrounded by the jungle and the beautiful garden, have a drink at the bar under the big fig tree or enjoy a meal in the garden or on the terrace.
Conservation

Príncipe has a unique biodiversity, but a lack of data and resources complicate its conservation. In 2017, Forever Príncipe! conservation alliance was founded, located on the grounds of Roça Belo Monte. It is a conservation program consisting of seven pilot projects through partnerships with renowned universities: fish reproduction and maturity, campaign against unsustainable fishing and trial a seasonal closure or locally marine managed area, ex situ conservation of Príncipe’s orchids,Create a citizen science scheme on reef fish, bird and butterfly diversity, ecological assessment of the endemic scops owl, Assess the importance of Príncipe’s rhodolith beds, and Botanical and entomological assessment of Príncipe’s mountain and cloud forest.

Heli-tours
Tour Príncipe by Air
Roça Belo Monte offers the unique opportunity to view Príncipe island from above. You can even join researchers of Forever Principe! to the cloud forest research station, where they act as expert guides.
Other choices are a 30 minute round island tour, showcasing the entire island. One of the few opportunities to explore the rough side of the south, with its large elevations, covered by forest, inaccessible by car.
Or take a shorter tour to view the stunning highlights: beaches and dramatic rocky landscapes.
